Lunch: Salad. Iceberg lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped red onion, green olives with pimentos, a spoonful of guacamole, baby corn, a small amount of cubed turkey breast. Also, ~.7 lbs of Chinese food... fried scallop, mushroom chicken, sesame chicken, green beans, sweet and sour chicken without sauce.
Dinner: Panera. Chicken bacon dijon half sandwich and a bowl of garden vegetable soup.
Snack: one 3-inch pumpernickel rye pretzel stick.
