Lunch - .8lbs salad. romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, white zinfandel dressing. small spoonfuls of seafood salad, broccoli cauliflower salad, crab salad, corn salad. Fruit selection - 1lb of watermelon, pineapple, and strawberries (though I had to chuck the strawberries) a small 2x2x2 brownie and a bit of fruit dip.
Dinner - Salami and american cheese on a round roll with spicy brown mustard, a teaspoon or so of dill relish, and a couple drops of hot sauce.
