Food Journal - 6/29

Breakfast - bowl of organic Flax Plus cereal with Pumpkin Seeds. ~1 cup + 1/2 cup lactaid 2% milk

Lunch - Turkey and American cheese 6-inch hoagie/sub with lettuce, salt, pepper, oregano, light mayo, and some pickle slices. OJ, 16-oz

Snack - 5 McD's nuggets and a single bite of their crispy honey mustard snack wrap. Sprite

Dinner - 11-oz NY Strip steak, medium. Cup of chili. Half a lettuce wedge with honey mustard dressing. Pumpernickel/wheat bread (whatever Lone Star serves), steamed veggies, key lime pie for dessert. Two glasses of Sprite (since their tea machine was broked)
