Lunch (spread out over two hours) - Veggie sushi (cucumbers, carrots, avocado) 8 pcs. .5 lbs salad. Lettuce. Corn salad (black beans and corn), marinated mushrooms, marinated artichoke hearts, seafood salad. Bread pudding for dessert - 3x3x3 inch or so piece.
Snack - Tastykake lemon pie. (I was bad.)
Snack - Slim Jim, mild. Not the beef jerky, the other thing. The medium sized one.
Dinner - Open faced roast beef on round roll. 1/4 cup ish of macaroni salad.
