Food Journal - 7/15

Breakfast: Wawa bacon egg and cheese bagel, 16 oz OJ

Lunch: Salad. romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, seafood salad, crab salad, broccoli cheese bacon salad, red-skinned potato salad. Fruit. Watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, heaven dip, small brownie.

Dinner: Carrabba's. Seafood di Venezia. Crusted salmon fillet, crabmeat and pinenut stuffed shrimp, vegetable ravioli (not that good), asparagus. Also bruschetta and tiramisu.

No snack.
