Food Journal - 7/09

Breakfast: Wawa sandwich.

Lunch: 12 pcs of California Roll Sushi, .8 lbs of mixed salads (corn, red potato, tomato pesto tofu, seafood, mushroom)

Dinner: 4oz of sliced steak, 1.5cups of boiled noodles with margarine and pepper.

No Snack.
