Food Journal - 7/06

Breakfast - Organic flax plus cereal with pumpkin seeds. 2% lactaid milk. 3/4 cup and 1/2 cup respectively.

Lunch - 4 pieces of cinnamon roll toast

Dinner - 1/3d lb crab cake sandwich (baked) with fries (only ate half) and a crock of chili which had about 1.5 cups in it. Sprite.

Snack - ham and cheese sandwich


Drank a LOT of water today. Had a migraine and stomach issues.
