Food Journal - 7/4

Breakfast: Wawa 6-inch toasted roast beef hoagie/sub with light mayo, cheddar cheese, raw onions. Raspberry white tea. A handful of Smartfood popcorn.

Lunch: None

Dinner: Broiled scallops wrapped in bacon. Cajun popcorn shrimp. Caesar salad. Fresh bread. Maryland vegetable crab soup. Rice pilaf, french fries, and grilled mahi mahi with pineapple salsa.

No snack.
